Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SeatSnag ("SeatSnag", "we", "us") is a seat-availability alert service operated by Ezag Digital Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. What SeatSnag does

SeatSnag monitors publicly available Cineplex showtime and seat-availability information and notifies you when seats matching your criteria appear. SeatSnag does not sell, hold, reserve, or resell tickets. All ticket purchases are made by you, directly with Cineplex, on Cineplex's own website.

3. Not affiliated with Cineplex

SeatSnag is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Cineplex Entertainment LP or its affiliates. "Cineplex", movie titles, theatre names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use SeatSnag. Keep your login credentials secure.

5. Plans and billing

• The Free plan includes one active alert with email and Telegram notifications.
• Pro is billed at $3.99/month or $29.99/year through our payment processor, Stripe, and unlocks unlimited alerts plus additional notification channels as they launch.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future charges and Pro remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Use SeatSnag only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, or use it to violate any law or any third party's terms.

7. No guarantee

Seat availability changes constantly and depends on Cineplex systems we do not control. We cannot guarantee that every opening will be detected, that a notification will arrive in time, or that seats will still be available when you attempt to buy them. Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Service "as is"

SeatSnag is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed showings, sold-out seats, or amounts paid to Cineplex. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end accounts that misuse the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
